When you purchase or request a UX Audit Service, you are engaging us for strategic consultation. All recommendations provided via Loom videos, Figma files, or written documents are consultative in nature. We are not liable for the operational implementation of these changes or subsequent impacts on your business revenue.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
